With majority and minority interests in listed businesses, private companies, venture capital, and real estate in both Impact branded and non-branded enterprises, the Impact Brand’s investment portfolio is diversified across various asset classes and countries.
Impact subsidiaries and some assets held directly by Impact sole shareholders, Mr. Charles Atkinson, a former British boxer, and Mr. Hardeep Rai, make up the Impact Brand. The Impact brand companies are found across a variety of industries, including travel and leisure, health and wellness, music and entertainment, fitness, and ecommerce.
The Impact Brand can realize certain assets, thanks to the portfolio’s strength, diversity, and maturity, reinvesting earnings and revenues from sales to support, develop, and expand new and current companies. The Impact Brand’s main operations are (i) capital management and (ii) brand licensing. Both of these actions are carried out for the Impact Brand Management as a whole.
